Consumer Ministry ESPrint Palette provides photo and art printing services, including print inquiries, file review, size and paper consultation, test print review, production, and local collection or delivery within Villena, subject to availability and confirmed scope. Any file-preflight review is limited to the agreed technical checks and does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy.
EU Consumer RightsPrices, if provided, may depend on print size, paper, quantity, and related production choices. Test prints are billed separately where applicable, and payment methods are limited to those accepted at the time of order. No order is binding until the relevant details have been confirmed by Print Palette.
Materials, papers, finishes, quantities, and production timing are subject to stock, supplier availability, and studio capacity. Any stated production or delivery estimate is indicative only and may change if files, materials, or order details require further review. Local delivery and collection arrangements apply only within the stated service area.
You remain responsible for having all rights needed to submit images, artwork, fonts, trademarks, and other content for printing. All intellectual property rights in the website, studio materials, and original content of Print Palette remain with their respective owners, and no rights are transferred except as expressly agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, Print Palette is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for differences between screens, previous prints, separate batches, or different materials. The studio does not guarantee an exact colour match, archival performance, or a particular result beyond the confirmed production specification.
